Seller Listing Terms

These Seller Listing Terms apply when you register as a Seller and when you publish or manage a laboratory listing. They supplement the Seller Account Disclosures, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. In a conflict, the more specific disclosure controlling the topic applies.

1. Authority

You represent that you own the laboratory or have lawful authority from the owner to market it for sale or partnership, and that listing does not violate any agreement, court order, or law. Brokers represent they are properly licensed where required.

2. Accuracy

You will provide information that is accurate and not misleading to your knowledge, and promptly update material changes (status, price, CLIA status, director, etc.).

3. Restricted fields & photos

CLIA ID, street address, director information, book of business, and identifying photos are restricted and shown only to authenticated buyers under confidentiality and your approval (and to you/admin). Place only non-identifying content in public fields.

4. No PHI

Do not upload protected health information, patient identifiers, or other sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for a legitimate business sale package.

5. CMS / CLIA / regulatory

You remain solely responsible for CLIA, CMS, State Agency, accreditation, payor, and fraud-and-abuse compliance related to the laboratory and its sale process. The Platform does not transfer certificates or guarantee regulatory approval of any transaction.

6. Communications & contact opt-in

Buyers may message you in-platform after access rules are met. If you enable “allow direct contact,” unlocked buyers may see your contact email/phone. You are responsible for offline agreements and compliance with marketing laws.

7. Removal

CLIA FOR SALE may remove listings that appear unlawful, deceptive, or non-compliant with these terms or the Seller Disclosures.
